What do you enjoy about the class?
I enjoy the variety of stretching… bendy backs & splits. Dana is attentive to everyone & makes sure to correct us when we are in the wrong position & give praises when we are killing it.
What has the class done for you?
Motivated me to get better with stretching outside of class. I see the progress of others, so it pushes me. Plus it’s fun.
What are some of your goals?
Open my hips more. I sit down in front of a computer all day (plus being a cheerleader & running track in my younger days), now my hips are super tight.
What would you like to see in the future of the class?
Forward stretching to work on hamstrings and lower back
I plan to make at least 1 class weekly moving forward
