I enjoy the variety in the classes. i enjoy the opportunity to do stretches that i’ve never done, even as a former athlete and yogi. my goal is to AT LEAST be able to do a split on the right side since that’s the side i’m closest on. but i plan to continue to work on both sides and middle! i would like for you to encourage us to warm our muscles up beforehand! give us recovery tips and “homework”! i love the encouragement and cheerleading and personal engagement.
